OA Sprint™: Custom Engagements

For organizations with a specific, high-stakes question that doesn't fit a standard strategic plan or assessment. An org chart that needs redrawing. A region that needs aligning. A board that needs resetting. A new program that needs building. A complicated, cross-organizational issue that needs to be named and worked. Every engagement runs through the OA method — discovery interviews, synthesis, a facilitated working session, and a written roadmap — applied to whatever the situation calls for.
